What’s your favorite feeling? Least favorite? How do you deal with anger? What feelings are taboo for you? Have you ever gotten even with anybody and punished him or her when they hurt your feelings? When was the last time you melted down? Maybe instead of punishing people when we feel hurt, we could take a risk and tell them how we feel instead?
