Colors – Day 6

Remember that there is a difference between feeling angry and turning resentful. And after we feel angry or hurt, it’s time to practice forgiveness. There’s a difference between feeling jealous and harboring ill will. But if we don’t get all those feelings out first, we won’t be able to get values like forgiveness and goodwill to work.

Gratitude Focus: We can be grateful for each feeling that comes our way, even the ones we don’t think we should have.
