Paying Dues - Day 7

“You get what you pay for.” “There’s no such thing as a free lunch.”

These sayings have been around for a long time because they are true. There is also another old saying: “The best things in life are free.”The greatest gifts we receive are unmerited blessings from above. We don’t pay dues to entice our Higher Power to show favor.

Prayer: Show me when and where to pay dues. Help me see when enough is enough and it’s time to let myself off the hook. Please prepare my heart so I can receive the blessings you have for me.
