Meditation - Day 3

It’s easy to tell ourselves we’re too busy, already overloaded, don’t have time to be still.

If we’re already too busy and stressed, how can taking more time out of our schedule to do one more thing possibly help? Taking five minutes to be still, focus on a positive thought, or formally meditate can get us almost immediately back on track. I don’t know how meditation works, but it does.Challenge: There’s nothing hard about meditating. Take a deep breath. Now take another one. Try to relax those shoulders a little.

We don’t have to work at things quite so hard. Let God’s power work through us.
