Meditation - Day 4

Many of us have an altar in our home.

On it, we keep spiritual or religious objects. We’re supposed to keep our altar clean, tended, well kept. I like to burn candles and incense on mine. The spiritual space we’re trying to find and maintain in meditation practice is the sacred place in each of us.Inventory Focus: What are your meditation practices? Have you found that space, the one inside each of us, that transcends space and time? It’s there. And no matter what’s going on around us, it’s quiet there. After we’ve been in that space for a few minutes, we’re restored. We can gently get up, return to our lives, and almost effortlessly do what needs to be done.
